I thought it was time to get into the swing of things now that I’m getting closer to having a few more books published.
My health condition put quit the damper on my every day life. As much as I hated going days or even a month without writing a single paragraph, it was necessary. There are some things in life we have control over and the things we don’t well we have to find a way around it.
8 months ago my life was altered yet I feel lucky that I can still wake up every morning to see my husband off to work and my kids rushing around to grab everything in time to catch the bus.
As I get around to completing the projects I started almost a year ago I feel a sense of accomplishment. It’s not easy having a condition that makes you feel like the world is spinning around you while your head is being tortured by a sledge hammer. I keep holding out hope they’ll find a treatment for my vestibular migraines and when they do I’ll attempt my first cartwhell in over a decade.
I have so many things planned for this year and I’ll be damned if I let any more obstacles stop me from doing those things.
On the plus side of things, all the poking and prodding they did in my brain didn’t affect my ability to come up with even more ideas for future books.
